Installing a new boiler

Installing or replacing a boiler can only be done by a competent heating engineer. Call on an Ajusto heating professional. They have all the necessary certifications and approvals to install a new boiler. The heating engineer must pass a number of RGE certifications (L, G1, G2). The heating engineer is approved by the Brussels, Walloon or Flemish regions. Installing a water heater

The installation of a water heater, whether conventional or thermodynamic, must be carried out by a qualified professional to ensure optimum operation and complete safety. The professional will assess your hot water requirements, choose the ideal location, make the necessary connections and carry out functional tests before explaining how to use and maintain the system. Entrusting the installation to a qualified heating engineer guarantees reliable and constant hot water in your home.

Repairing a boiler

Before having your boiler repaired, first check its age. If your boiler is more than 10 to 15 years old, a repair by a heating engineer may no longer make much sense. It might be better to have your boiler replaced. We also advise you to commit a licensed and certified heating engineer. Ajusto will send you a heating engineer who not only has all the technical knowledge needed to repair your gas or oil heating systems or boilers, but is also up to date with all the regulations (RGE).

Boiler maintenance

Ajusto's certified and approved heating engineers have all the necessary qualifications (RGE) for gas or oil boiler maintenance and periodic inspections. After the inspection, you will receive an official document from the heating engineer. This serves as proof to your insurance company in the event of a claim.

Chimney sweeping

Apart from the legal obligation, a chimney that has been properly maintained by a chimney sweep avoids the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning or a chimney flue fire.

You'll also avoid wasting energy, because deposits of soot, tar or ash inevitably lead to excessive fuel consumption. So having your chimney swept by a heating engineer also saves you money! What's more, in the event of a claim, if the chimney flues have not been swept properly, your insurance may not cover the costs.

Demudding

Demudding is an important process for ensuring the longevity and performance of your heating system. Over time, impurities and limescale deposits can build up in pipes and radiators, reducing the flow of hot water and leading to a loss of energy efficiency. The aim of descaling is to remove these impurities and deposits to improve the performance of the installation and avoid potential problems such as leaks, blockages and breakdowns. From €450.

Switching to rich gas

Ajusto's heating engineer will check your equipment and advise you if any parts need changing. The final invoice serves as a certificate, but you can always ask the heating engineer to provide you with a specific document attesting to the conformity of your appliances.
