€349 for 4 hours of advice (including 21% VAT)
This pack includes all the advice you need for 4 hours to get your space ready to sell quickly: colours, decoration, furniture style, interior design, decluttering, etc.
Our Pro advises you on simple and effective solutions for de-cluttering and depersonalising your house or appartment. This allows as many people as possible to see themselves in the home and realise its potential.
A detailed written report including room-by-room adaptations is available for an additional €150.
Homestaging an empty house
From € 950 (including 21% VAT).
The Pro Ajusto can come and fit out your interior with cardboard furniture and accessories. Furnished rooms give you a better idea of the potential of the space, the size of the rooms and how you can project yourself into the property. You're guaranteed to fall in love! The effectiveness has been proven.
The furniture and decorative accessories remain in place for as long as it takes for the property to sell (with a maximum of 3 months).
Prices vary according to the number of rooms to be fitted out:
