The first hour is invoiced at €119 (incl. 21% VAT) including travel. Following hours are charged at €68.5 incl. 21% VAT. Add to this any equipment you may need to carry out the work. So whatever happens, you won't have any nasty surprises on the final bill!

Please note that a flat-rate charge of €50 (incl. 21% VAT) will be applied for the diagnosis if you refuse the estimate from the household appliances repair specialist. You are entitled to do this if you feel that the cost of the repair is too high or if the appliance is not repairable.
